Simplified IPO Subscription: When subscribing to an IPO, you no longer need to issue cheques. Simply provide your bank account number and sign the application form to authorize your bank to make payments upon allotment. Your funds will remain in your account until then. 3. KYC Process: Know Your Customer (KYC) is a one-time process. Once completed with a SEBI-registered intermediary (broker, DP, mutual fund, etc.), you won't need to repeat it for other intermediaries. 4. Be Wary of Unsolicited Advice: Exercise caution with unsolicited emails and SMS messages suggesting trades. Always make informed investment decisions based on thorough analysis rather than rumors or tips. 5. Report Wrongdoing: If you have knowledge of systemic issues, potential fraud, or unethical behavior, report it anonymously through the portals provided on the BSE, NSE, MCX & CDSL websites. 6. Use Registered Intermediaries: Always transact with SEBI-registered intermediaries to ensure your investments are secure.
